Elyse is currently accepting virtual clients only (via phone and online) for Florida State and New York State residents. 

Elyse also provides clinical supervision to LCSW candidates seeking to grow as clinicians and their clinical expertise while working with clients.

Molly is currently accepting virtual and in-person clients in our Downtown Brooklyn office for New York State residents.


  • Head Clinician

    I am a positive therapist who bases my practice on a warm and caring approach. I strongly believe that in order for therapy to be effective, you should feel a genuine authentic connection and sense of trust through your therapeutic work. I strive to support individuals in obtaining a sense of understanding of themselves, how they evolved into the individuals they are and acquire effective coping skills to reach their highest potential. When we understand where we have been and what we have been through, we can then feel empowered to take ourselves where we want to go. My goal as a therapist is for the patient to manifest overall wellness in their lives, which is vastly unique and different for each individual. I am creative and experienced in a variety of areas and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), spirituality, exposure therapy, mindfulness, stress reduction, guided meditation and other various relaxation tools.

    When you meet with me you can expect a nurturing supportive environment to be able to release obstacles that are in your way of living your best life. Therapeutic treatment should be tailored to fit the individual. In determining this, there is a combination of comfort for the client and motivation from the therapist to push past comfort areas.

I love working with everyone from all walks of life, including children and adolescents, parents, couples, older adults, and those struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.
